Life replenishes life;  an organic system needs natural live food.

It can sometimes be tricky to work out how to get nutrition into our bodies.  We have all heard the saying ‘we are what we eat’, but the second part of that statement is ‘we are what we absorb/assimilate’ – which means we are pretty safe as long as we choose options from a nutritional source.

‘Nutritional’ in this sense means that the foods we eat need to be alive with enzymes.

One of the biggest problems is most food consumed in the Western diet comes from supermarkets and consists of cans, packets and processed items.  Personally I would never refer to the last three items as food.  Heavily processed and canned food lack enzyme activity, that is the reason why such long shelf life is achieved.

The body is self-cleansing, self-healing and self-maintaining.

For these 3 things to apply, we as caretakers, have to give the body what it needs to achieve its optimum condition.

Nature provides what our body needs;  we don’t need to look elsewhere.  Eat organic when you can.
