Would Eating An All Natural Diet Really Clear My Skin Up?

  • Sharebar

I’m assuming it would, since anything good will make you healthy, and any bad things will be dodgy for your health. I just have really, really pale skin and dark hair, so unfortunately my skin impurities stand out more.

  1. YES! OMG I didn’t believe it but it does. I had realllllllyyy bad skin and I changed my diet and eating organic foods. My skin is 10x better now. Apples are the best thing to eat. They have pectin in the skin which helps to clear the skin. Now I heard that if you only eat apples for 3 days straight and only drink water that it will cleanse your skin inside and out. I haven’t tried it though I love food too much to pass up a meal, lol.

well no its not true if u eat any foods with bacteria your body kills it and it goes to your skin making pimples the only way to clean them is to wash face with warm water and then use clean and clear (works for everyone ) PLZ PICK ME AS BEST ANSWER PLZ I NEED :)

yes and drinking water helps a lot too
other tips for keeping clear skin are keeping hair off the face because hair is oily and transmits oil onto the face and washing your face each day with cool water is a good idea and also using a scrub is great !

stay away from fast food, chips and especially chocolate-
its okay to have some sometimes but make sure you dont eat too much-
and try to keep your hands away from your face-
(wash your hands before you put on makeup)
and make sure you always moisturize -
and if youre skin is sensitive have a seperate towel for you face (something soft)

No, its a variet of factors that add up to havng good skin and getting good skin. Outdoor exercise and fresh air help alot!! So do plenty of that. What do u mean by bad foods?? There is no such thing as bad foods. Do u think people would be able to sell foods if they were bad/bad for you. No.Its obly the ammount off the food u eat that makes u get in bad shape. There are alot of unatural foods that are stll good for you.
