Many people think of detoxing as something we do once or twice a year before going back to our “normal” diet, when we stuff ourselves full of junk.
Then, of course, we have to go on to another detox to get rid of the junk again!
Wouldn’t it be easier to improve our diets so we don’t have to constantly clean out our bodies? Imagine how healthy we’d feel if we didn’t indulge in so much junk in the first place!
It takes approxiamtely 30 days to break a habit and to form a new habit. So if we could stick to an improved diet for 30 days, we’d soon never hunger for the sugary sweet or fat filled foods we crave today.
