I used to do that all the time at that age. I grew out of it. You may want to take precautions like setting up an alarm that goes off if she opens the door to her room, but otherwise you shouldn’t be afraid of it. It’s fairly normal at that age.
Add: That’s a myth that you can’t wake a sleepwalker. First, it’s hard to, but you can wake them. Second, they are likely to be shocked or scared, but not all of them react like that. It’s only after waking them and seeing them flip out if you do that you can know you shouldn’t wake them. They’re not going to go into shock though. That’s a myth.
I was woken by my family loads of times when I sleepwalked. I tended to not react really, just confused mostly. So they didn’t ever not wake me. An alarm on the door will make it so you know she’s not going to wander out of the house, which can be very scary for the parents and for the daughter when she wakes up outside, alone, cold, and not sure what happened.
