What Vitamins Would Be Good For Health/digestion And Weight Loss? There Is So Much Choice?

I would like to start taking some natural vitamins for my general health, maybe to help with my digestion, and maybe to help me loose weight…but I just do not know where to start. There are so many to choose from. What could I take to tackle all these factors? And I dont want to be taking about 10 tablets a day…I just want to be healthy. Looking at the Holland and Barrett Website, there is so much choice…HELP! x

    Hi there, I have lost 30kg and thought I would share my success with you. Firstly, a mulitvitamin is essential when losing weight, because sometimes when we are restricting calories we restrict certain nutrients too. Centrum or even Swisse are fantastic all round multivitamins, Swisse is great as it is gender specific and contains more iron, folic acid and calcium.
    I can highly recommend fish oil as well – it contains ‘good’ fats which are necessary for long term weight loss, heart health, glowing skin and all round wellbeing.

    I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body.
