I’m 15, so nothing that would be dangerous or risky to my health. I need to be able to purchase it at a local drug store/ pharmacy. Please natural substances only.

    Being focused is a function of the mind. Your problem is your mind is running like a freight train at 90 miles an hour. Slow down and learn to relax. Your worried about something. Resolve the problem so you don’t have to think about it all the time. All this thinking is clogging up your mind. When your mind is relaxed you can focus like a computer doing multitasking. Find someone to teach you to meditate.

    ginko brahmi ,sage vitamins and do not take up smoking it poisons the system and addictions prevent one from holding focus , fish oil and a healthy banced diet will help too, drink plenty of filtered water and watch calorie intake. don’t become obsessive about diet but don’t over eat. even a daily walk will help you focus.If you can grow a few things in your garden then do so eat fresh is better and no added chemicals- look at what you eat, learn about how it relates to your body and learn to meditate, it will open up doors to you and help you with your focus and direction.     Just wanted to point out, there are lots of things that can be risky and dangerous to your health, so don’t think your young age makes you immune to them.
    Do you think ADD is the reason for your lack of focus or difficulty focusing?
    There are things that you can do to treat that naturally if that is the case.
    I can’t tell you what to take but there are things you can stay away from that are known to alter brain function, things like sugary foods, phosphates in things like soda, neurotoxins like MSG, etc. Here is an informative link:http://www.e-nterests.com/healthhtml/tre…
    Also, like the others suggested, efa’s or essential fatty acids are great for brain function.
