Nowadays living a healthy lifestyle is kind of a difficult. Most foods that we eat consist of preservatives that sometimes contribute to a higher risk in getting diseases.
Who doesn’t love to eat? Nobody! It’s certainly a fact that we all love to eat. There is no problem in eating as long as you know your limitations and as long as you have enough knowledge on the contents of the food you eat.
If you will notice most foods that are sold contains preservatives that maybe dangerous to your health. Other preservatives can give you higher risk in getting heart diseases and certain cancers. And if that happens it requires medication.
Do you believe that herbal remedies are now used as an alternative for drug medications?
The benefits that we get from herbs have been known for many centuries. These herbs are known for curing every known illness. Nowadays, 80% of the world’s population uses herbs as a primary form of medication.
There are many people that believe that herbs are just as effective as drugs. And good thing about herbs is that they don’t have any side effects. But still, despite of the benefits that we get from herbs, criticisms from other health experts are still there. Health experts state that herbal medicinal plants have not been tested for efficacy so it should not be use as an alternative for drug medicines.
However, here are some of the herbs that are popularly known to bring benefits to us.
Aloe Vera – They are used for healing burns and wounds. They help in the stimulation of the cells regeneration. Aloe Vera can soothe stomach irritation and use as an aid in healing.
Corn Silk – Helpful for the bladder, kidneys and small intestine. It can be use together with other herbs to remove mucus from the urine. Useful for bed-wetting, carpet tunnel syndrome, obesity, premenstrual syndrome and prostate disorder.
Green Tea – It helps reduce the risk of esophageal stomach, skin and colon cancer. It delays the onset of arteriosclerosis and helps offsets mental fatigue. Sometimes use

Lemon Grass – It is good for the nails and skin.
Eucalyptus – Good for colds, coughs and other respiratory problems and reduce swelling by increasing blood flow. It helps tired and sore muscles to be more relaxed. Eucalyptus is for external use only.
Well, these are just some of the herbal plants we have together with their benefits. However, you should be aware that not all plants are beneficial. Some plants are poisonous and others are considered deadly if used for a long time.
Be aware however that some herbs and plants can be poisonous or are for external use only make sure you study up on an herb before using it. A good book to start with is LLewellyn’s herbal almanac (2007 is great)
I could help more specifically of course if I knew what benefits you were looking for this is all basic! Good luck on being more natural, healthy and in the end happy!

I would suggest Mona Vie. It is a compilation of pure fruit juices that are rich in antioxidants. They promote digestive health. This is the best food I’ve seen in a long time to keep you healthy. Go on line to see what the company has to say about it. I recommend it highly

The number one supplement for almost everyone might be a multi-probiotic such as PB-8 or Dr. Ohiras probiotic.
It’s good for elimination, preventing both constipation and diarrhea. Good health begins there.
It’s good for the immune system because 70% of our immune system is in our gut.
    It’s great for preventing acne.
It helps us to make B vitamins.
    Good luck and be well.

I would suggest that you be more specific, because almost all foods can benefit your health one way or another. I’m not trying to be rude, I am just saying this a pretty vague question.
So what area of health are you looking at?

yoghurt, oranges, grapes, milk, nuts, broccoli etc etc. I think maybe you are wondering about suppliments, but really, good food is so much better for you, and more fun to eat.

Depends on what type of benefits you’re looking for. I take about a dozen supplements for various problems I’m trying to help. Some for my brain health (which has VASTLY improved my memory and cognitive ability), some for skin health, some for bone health (preventative), some antioxidants and immune system products (I don’t like getting sick), and some probiotics (to even out my digestion).
I’ve got to say, I don’t like taking pills… but it is SOOOO much more than worth it for the benefits I’ve gotten.
Feel free to E-mail me if you’d like more info about what can help.

Well, I’m vegan, so I eat a lot of good-for-me foods like tofu, miso, and brown rice. I also take a vitamin supplement each day, as well as an iron supplement. When I feel like I need a little extra boost, I take vitamin C and/or peppermint tea. I also use aromatherapy to relax me at night and relieve stress. (lavender and eucalyptus are great, especially when your nose is stuffy) I have bad environmental allergies, so I swear by my neti pot, which cleans out my nasal passages and relieves the inflammation. I also love reflexology and accupressure…
