Ways To Lose Waist Fat and Hip Fat in a Couple of Months

  • Sharebar

If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.

By following these methods you will lose waist fat, hip fat, and fat from other areas of your body. You simply cannot just reduce fat from individual parts of the body. Simply because your body is one complete organism and works as one.

You will need to cut down on calories if you want to get rid of the fat from your waist and hips. I can sense you groaning because it sounds like a typical diet. If you want real success, then I advise you to do this. If you are not prepared to do this, then that's fine. You just won't get the rewards of a sleeker body.

The next step is to cut back around 500 daily calories from your normal food consumption. You cannot do this by missing meals. You will do this with a reduction in the size of the meals that you consume.Doing this on its own will reduce hip fat and waist fat. The next step is exercise. This will multiply the effects (no need to look so down? ). Start to exercise and you will reach your goals in a far shorter time.

Usually a normal cardio program is followed to reduce fat. However long boring hours of doing cardio is not the most effective way of losing fat. If you begin to use interval training in your workouts, you will lose waist fat and reduce hip fat in a much shorter time period.

The definition of interval training is that you train at a steady pace for 2-4 minutes and then you go as fast as you can from 1-2 minutes. Then you go back to your steady pace to catch your breath. This allows faster fat loss and provides an increased effectiveness in your metabolism. This results in your metabolism burning more calories.

Continue doing this for 2 weeks and then make a further reduction of calories by around 200. Make the time that you speed up in your training even longer. Repeat this again 2 weeks later. A note of caution though; don't go below 1500 calories a day. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.

The type of cardio training that you do is completely up to you. Opt for one that you will like, it's no point choosing something that you are going to hate. You just need to stay with this program for a few months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
