Many people are concerned about the current scare of getting the swine flu.  This virus has already killed many in Mexico as it has spread easily from human to human. Prevention in “catching” the swine flu is similar following the same steps in preventing you from catching the common cold or flu.  Your can reduce your risk immensely in “catching” the swine flu or an other sicknesses by applying the following tips.

Clean Your Hands Regularly

In order to limit the risk of “catching the swine flu” or any other infectious disease, you simply must wash your hands.  I know it sounds simple but maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene care is one of the most effective ways of avoiding infection and keeping you from getting sick.   The biblical record clearly indicates that diseases are communicable and that the best protection against them is to prevent their spread.

Cleanse The Inside Of Your Body
A body detox is essential in preventing you from catching any disease or getting sick. Toxic build up that has formed in our intestines (colon) stresses our immune system and will make it harder to deal with other potentially dangerous viruses.
When your body is clean internally, it will operate better helping increase the possiblity of fighting foreign germs.  When your body organs and tissues are clean and free of toxins, your body can fight the virus better.  After eating a nutritious meal, a body detox will also allow your body to receive the essential nutrients necessary for healty living.

Drink plenty of Filtered Water
Water is essential for all living things and keeps your body operating optimally while improving the way we feel, look and live. Without sufficient amounts of water, you may experience routine fatigue, dry skin, headaches, constipation, and a decrease normal bodily function, which may lead to your body unable to fight off diseases.. Without water, our vital organs may shut down because of severe dehydration.  This may also lead to death.

Get Your 8 Hours of Sleep
During deep sleep, our body release potent immune-enhancing substances that strengthen your immune system function. When our bodies do not get enough sleep, your immune system will not operate at full capacity. We then are more likely to become ill with common illnesses. A healthy, deep sleep allows our body to release a significant amount of growth hormone that boost immune system and aids in the growth and repair of the body.

Eat Nutritiously and Avoid Sugar
A major factor in keeping our body healthy is eating nutritious food. The nutrients in food are essential for a healthy body and giving you energy.
Consuming sugar harms your health and has no nutritious value at all. Just a small amount of sugar has been proven to impair white blood cells up to 50% for very short periods of time, making it more challenging to fight other foreign dangerous invaders.

When you strengthen your immune system naturally, and follow these common sense tips of prevention, you will reduce the risk of getting the swine flu.
