This Is For Anyone That Has Read Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child.?

I would like to get some opinions on what people think of the author including a quote from a mother that states. “I must have Chinese breast milk; he gets hungry just one hour after nursing.” Do Chinese people really not have good breast milk?

I have the book and I don’t remember reading this quote.
A mother’s ethnic background does not determine the quality or quantity of breastmilk.

LOL that’s hilarious! Definitely a reference to the food. Great book though, worked for my kids. Hope it’s working for you.

I admit, I’m chuckling. I shouldn’t. It’s referring to what people say about Chinese food. “You eat, and an hour later you’re hungry again.” Chinese people have the same breast milk as everyone else. :)

Great book! The method works perfectly on babies over 5-6 months old, as long as you can get yourself to try it (and follow it!) for a few days.
As other people have posted, breastmilk is not dependent on race/culture – it’s the perfect food for babies no matter what country they grow up in.
