    My Elderly friend Linda inteoduced me to her special/ healthy green drink. Here is my true story and experience. she takes 3 to 5 fresh small spinach leaves and some distilled water, about 1/5 of a cup water. she blends it in the blender anf drinks it every day. well i did for only 2 weeks or so every morning, then i was scheduled for a regular check up with my doctor. sge nrought it to my attention how shocked she was at my blood presure reading and asked what i was doing. i told her and she, said quot ” keep doing it!!!

    so, i think it could be for 2 reasons. 1 being that spinich is high in clorofil lots of oxigyn, and 2 may be even just taking the vitamin that is in spinich in a vitamin pill might work too. dont hold me to it, but i think it’s Gota high leval of vitamin A. i hope this helps someone and please forgive my spelling, this was a random post…lol :)
