    I am very informed in this post, I do agree that you dont need to force yourself to do things that it is not use to do like in terms of having a healthy lifestyle. For everyone it is a very unusual and hard to do but when you do it slowly and step by step there is no way for a person not to enjoy being healthy and fit.
