    don’t add sugar or artificial sweetener. just juice and water. should be made at home. bottled and canned juices are dead.

    juice fast seems more beneficial when u add green vegetables. Fruits are good in moderation. Vegetables contain alot more essential vitatmins and minerals. Spinach, wheat grass, beats, carrots, broccoli, parseley, kale, and alot of other vegetables are good for fasting. I’m surprised he didnt mention vegetables.

    Could you tell me if this grape juice has to be made at home? You said natural grape juice, if it is better to make it myself, should i even add any sugar at all? Thank you.
