I think negative charged magnets works by giving that negative charge on the erythrocyte (erythrocytes have positive charge from the inside and negative on the outside)by giving negative charge they repel each other and therefore they are mobile they can move anywhere cause sometimes they have to move in very narrow places so they need to pas one at the time. if they loose the magnetic capability they clump together and the effect is know as roleaux.
