What Natural Food Items Are Known To Improve Circulation To Vital Organs?
I may be taking the biscuit but if you know how these work physiologically (I am a health professional, so will have a little awareness) that would be helpful too.
Ooh I don’t want herbal medicines, or specific ingredients, just the basic food items that anyone can get from your local supermarket
Thank you.

“are known to . . .” Whoa, that’s tricky. Most of the answers here are blindly repeating stuff they have heard down the pub or have read on commercial websites.
Vital organs, by definition have excellent circulation, it would be hard to imagine what foodstuffs could act specifically on the circulation to vital organs. I would suggest moderate exercise to improve your cardiac health and oxygenation would be better than wolfing down melon seeds, garlic and cucumber. (cucumber is 98% water!!)
