Are There Any Natural Herbs Or Teas That Help With Anxiety And Stress?

I used to drink coffee but I am suffering a lot from anxiety and I want to switch to tea or some natural herbs.
I really need to regain my confidence and get rid of this anxiety and stress that is probably gonna start having a big effect on my good health if I continue like this.

    try to have tea instead of coffee… and also try to have some exercise, go to yoga classess… its better than drinking anti-stress remedies… you’ll also look fit and sexy inside and out… =)
