It really depends on the type of cancer. Even natural treatments depend on the cancer type.
I’ve been self treating for the past 16 months and would be glad to help in any way I can. Feel free to email me..

The “natural” cancer cures are those that originated in nature, were refined and manufactured by pharma companies, studied in clinical trials, etc. Taxol is one such drug.
If something doesn’t make you feel bad, do you actually think it’s going to kill cancer cells? What, there are “magic” substances out there that profit-making companies haven’t discovered that just kill cancer cells, leaving healthy cells alone?
Sorry. I wish there were magical substances. But there just aren’t. Your friend is not choosing “living life” but is choosing an early death. I’m sorry, I have known other people to make that choice. You might discreetly suggest she get her affairs in order over the next several months too.

Can always try to eat 3 cloves of raw garlic a day
–not a joke–I dont know if it works for cancer but I do know we dont get sick very often, also if its rubbed on your face for acne—it works really well-better then all those chemicals out there.
My cat came down with an illness that killed his sister and I put a half piece of raw garlic in his bottled milk–and he made it!

I can empathize with you. I was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago and while I was undergoing chemo, we lost a good friend to colon cancer. She had undergone surgery and 2 full rounds of chemo. The chemo seemed to help for a while but wasn’t successful. She decided to try alternative therapy, but it wasn’t successful either.
I do recall reading an article about complimentary treatments being done by a few doctors in Southern California. The L.A. Times did a big article on it. This treatment, however was in conjunction with more traditional treatments and the patients seemed to feel that the complimentary therapy made the more harsh chemo more tolerable.
Sometimes, however, we just have to resign ourselves to the fact that quality of whatever time we have remaining is more important that trying to extend the life no matter what the cost.

If this person no longer wishes to take treatment, you should be contacting a hospice service to decide on how to make her more comfortable in the time she has.
The aim of hospice is good quality of life.

Well I don’t believe in natural cures so I have no answer – no natural things will cure your friend, though they might make her feel better. But I sympathise with your friend; I can imagine choosing quality of life over quantity if my cancer returns.
A brave decision; I wish your friend well.

My grandma did the same thing. She decided to stop using the meds because they were making her feel sick, she couldn’t get up, etc.
    She tried some natural cures…
She died about 2 months later.
Natural cures can be dangerous?! Her doctor said that if she had continued treatments, she would have lived WAY longer than 2 months.
    Good luck :/

I work for a company that developed advanced temperature imaging to see cancer. Part of our work included investigating a company with success treating terminal cancer. Go to http://www.thermoguy.com/medical.html and at the bottom of the page there is an tumor reduction study.
Does your friend drink enough water? Weight divide by 2 in ounces a day..ie…you weigh 150 lbs, you use and lose 75 ounces of water a day. You have to top it up. Go to http://www.watercure.com to see research strictly related to water intake.

Dozens ancient herbs maybe can heal different type of cancers, and Chinese doctors tested on large-scale human trial 50 years ago beyond western knowledge, but almost unkown to public and are only available as teas within Chinese communities. Labs in UT and OR will release info about 1 of them,

There are patients that delay getting treatment for cancer while they search out alternative natural ‘cures’. In the meantime, their cancer progresses to the point where more aggressive treatment is required.
I would suggest that natural methods be used IN CONJUNCTION WITH prescribed treatments.
I got treated for prostate cance and I am eating 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed with my cereal in the morning (daily) and have my PSA drop 90% in less than one year after treatment.
Small case studies were done by Duke University found that ground flaxseed with or without a fat reduced diet will reduce PSA levels (a marker of cancer progression). Similar results have been found with slowing down growth of breast cancer.
Ground flaxseed is cheap, tasty, helps lower cholesterol levels and is a good source of fibre. So why not? (But please use conventional treatment also.
**Algae was used in Ancient Egypt 3,500 years ago, according to The Codex Ebers, an Egyptian medical text mentioned the use of these vegetables to treat women with breast cancer.
Recent studies where algae extracts were added to lab animals daily diet significantly reduced the development of several cancers caused by carcinogens (breast, colon and skin cancers.
Hydrate dried algae and add to salads. ***
