Is There Anything Natural That Helps Mouth Ulcers To Heal Quicker?

Anyone know? I don’t want to use any creams/chemist stuff, I wondered if there was anything natural you can use?

    1cup warm water
    1/4tsp salt
    rinse every night until ulcers are healed
