  1. Lactose intolerance is caused by your genes.
There are several alleles (alleles are the genes located in the same place, that are slightly different to other alleles in the same place. For example, blue eyes are caused by one allele, brown by another.) which allow people to digest lactose after they would normally be weaned off breast milk.
These alleles have shown up in several human populations and spread, where milk is used as a food stuff. People who have Swedish ancestors or East African Ancestors are more likely to be able to digest lactose, than those who have different ancestors.
So if you want to make sure you do not have lactose intolerance, chose your parents well.
Sadly there are no health food, or treatments that allow anyone to ‘get over’ lactose intolerance. Those with the wrong alleles of these genes, will, on reaching a specific age, will be unable to digest milk.
I am so sorry to tell you these things, but there is nothing you can take to allow anyone to drink milk or eat milk by-products. However, you can drink soya milk or have soya products in place of milk.

there is nothing that has been proven with peer reviewed medical study.
just limit your intake. dairy milk is so overrated as a food item anyway, humans don’t need it…

Take a spoonful of Buttermilk, (whey) laced with Cumminseed powder roasted in light heat, add small pinch of rock salt and give to the patient. The mixture should be slowly sipped , and not swallowed.. Repeat the treatment for six days. The disorder disappears like a bad dream.
