I’m male, 78, in good health, not overweight. My MD has me on 3 pills to control blood pressure. I’m hoping there is a natural method to do this…I really don’t like taking pills! My cholesterol numbers are good, I don’t eat fatty food, lots of veggies and I exercise daily. Haven’t a clue as to why my pressure is high.
