Poor thing…you must be miserable!! You might want to try turning your shower on really hot and closing the bathroom doors so it gets really steamy in there. DON’T go IN the shower, but sit in the room for about 15-20 minutes. Also, if you take a dish towel and make it damp with water and microwave it for about a minute and lay it over your eyes and nose it will help with some of the pressure. Try not to overdo the saline drops…it can actually make your nose worse sometimes. Keep using the vapor rub…you can even get a bowl of hot water and put some of it in there, then cover your head and the bowl with a towel and breathe it in. None of these things will hurt the baby. Good luck….the antibiotics should start kicking in soon with some relief. Hope you feel better!

Call and ask the doctor if there is anything that you can take that is safe for the baby.

I agree with Josie826, the antibiotics do not seem to be helping(usually 3 days) so the Doctor needs to adjust the meds and give you something else safe to take.
    Feel better.
