I wanted so you about a great series of abdominal exercises that will help get rid of belly fat. The exercises I’m going to tell you about use the medicine ball. These will help you lose 20 pounds.
I modified this series to remove situps and crunches because a lot of desk workers have some lower back problems. But don’t worry, just because they are easier on your back doesn’t mean that they are easier on your abs.
If you don’t have a fitness ball you can always use a basketball. Circles with a lot of motion are going to start out this sequence.
The sphere should start at 12 o’clock above your head and then rotated in a full circular motion.
Do ten revolutions and then do the opposite. The next pattern to perform is a wood choopper.
Get the ball in front of you and then swing it straight vertically as you squat.You’ll have twenty repetitions of this one.
With the wood chopping done, you can do some golf squats and chops. A weight loss forum might tell you more.
You do this starting with the basketball up by your ear and then bring it down forward to your ankle on the opposing side. Make sure you are twisting your thighs and get your other foot up as you raise the ball back to start. Do this for 10 repetitions on each side.
Next I want to tell you about the squatting press.Holding the med-ball out ahead, squat and then propel yourself upward bringing the ball above your head. Then when you go back to the squatting position bring the ball with you. Do 10 reps of this.
Do some planks and rollouts for the next section of this routine.With each elbow on the ball in plank posture and move the ball toward you and then away from you. Twenty reps of this one will do.
These exercises can lead to rapid weight loss.
