How To Sleep When You Took A Nap Earlier?

I like to sleep at 8pm – 11pm and wake up at 6am – 9am but one of those days I took a nap and messed up my sleeping schedule. Now I sleep around 4am – 6am and wake up around 1pm – 3pm. There are two solutions: Go to sleep now somehow or stay up until 3pm – 5pm which is very difficult. I also have a drivers appointment on monday at 10pm so I need to fix my sleeping schedule so any idea on how I can make myself sleep?

    Hello I’m Doctor Nick to make your self back on a sleeping time like to get on track with school and just everyday Wat u do is before you go to sleep turn on all lights in your room then stay up and then slowly u will get more and more tired and fall to sleep

    Sleeping pills.
    Use them for about 4 days in a row.
    & You`re sleeping habits will go back to normal.
    Trying to make yourself sleep, doesn`t work. Have milk & cookies before bed, Read a BORING book while waiting for the pill to kick in. Which is about half an hour to 45 minutes.

    i’m in the same situation as u too…i feel tired at school…and i sleep at 1am or 2am…i try force myself to sleep at 10pm but i couldn’t sleep
