Do any of you have any information on the sleep stages? Or know anything about the study of sleep? I’m very interested in the effects of sleep at different times of day/night and different lengths.

    I know 8-10 hours is what most people need but it varies depending on your lifestyle. That’s all I know, sorry. =D

    Eight to nine hours of sleep at night is what The National Sleep Foundation in the United States recommends for Adults. However, UNC at San Diego said that you will live longer if you get about 6 to 7 hours of sleep at night. I like to use the Wikipedia sleep page for any questions.
