Make it so that they sleep on the plane if by the time u get to ur destination it is morning, if there is big time change (like New York to Hong Kong – 13 hours ahead). Tell them that if they sleep on the plane, they will enjoy their trip better. If there is video on demand (like Jet Blue or int’l flights), get them to watch one video then watch another after their nap. But even if u do that, they will still get jet lag later, due to prolonged flight. And tip: make sure they and u walk around, not just to the bathroom, it’ll help improve circulation and ward off sickness (like feeling to vomit).
