Thirdly, the  construction  phase which lasts 2 weeks and allows small portions of desserts and other delicacies, and lastly, the  temple  phase where you are expected to carry on with healthy eating habits and nutritious food. All 4 phases are accompanied by various excercises for varying periods of time.
