    DO WALK FOR ATLEAST (WITH FREE BODY)10-15 MINUTES AFTER MEALS.EARLY MORNING ,AFTER MOUTH WASH DRINK2GASS OF WATER & DO TADASAN-REPEAT IT TWICE.YOUR STOMACH WILL BE EMPTIED .GO FOR JOGGING FOR 1 K.M.S ATLEAST. THEN EAT 10-12 NEEM LEAVES DAILY.AVOID TENSION’S MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

    I like it and find it true to a point, but I disagree partially. I think you should still wash your face with an acne treatment product, because no matter what you eat or how much water you eat, your skin will still get oily and your pores will get clogged up.
