  1. I am a big proponent of living a naturally healthy lifestyle, which includes detoxification. My only concern is becoming over-dependent on these cleanses. In other words, how often should a person do a preventive maintenance cleanse, – vs – a treatment for an adverse health condition? I would like to find a natural food alternative to packaged cleanses.

    I have recently done a cleanse and the results have been fabulous. I’m just afraid that in order to maintain those results, I will have to do cleanses frequently…
