Rearrange your bed a bit during the day.  Doesn&#039;t have to be anything major, I just put a bunch of pillows up so I have a sort of makeshift couch.  Just so your sleep area is a little different from the rest of your area.  Little routines help, too.  I&#039;ve found stuff like always wearing PJ&#039;s instead of going to sleep in my regular clothes helps.  Also try to maintain as much consistency in times as you can - I know this one&#039;s hard, but it helps a lot.  White noise sometimes helps too, as college dorms are rarely quiet.  There are short relaxation exercises that you can do, too - you might want to look that up.</description>
