How Can I Have Good Sleep Hygiene When I Live In A Dorm Room?

I am having serious sleep problems and someone suggested sleep hygiene to me, but when I looked it up online it doesn’t seem plausible when you live in a dorm room, I mean I don’t even have room for a chair to sit on instead of my bed when doing things like watching tv. Does anyone have some good ideas?

    Some things I’ve found work:
Rearrange your bed a bit during the day. Doesn’t have to be anything major, I just put a bunch of pillows up so I have a sort of makeshift couch. Just so your sleep area is a little different from the rest of your area. Little routines help, too. I’ve found stuff like always wearing PJ’s instead of going to sleep in my regular clothes helps. Also try to maintain as much consistency in times as you can – I know this one’s hard, but it helps a lot. White noise sometimes helps too, as college dorms are rarely quiet. There are short relaxation exercises that you can do, too – you might want to look that up.
