    Water does NOT dilute acid.

The more food the more acid.

    Sounds like an alien.

@Iceburg704 Hiya. ACV = Apple cinder vinegar – really helps me alot. I take 2 teaspoons in a glass of water 3x aday. Try and get organic if you can. I also take a product called reliv – Seems to help too. I am all for natural stuff after being on various meds for years and years for the asthma and sinus problems. I think they ended up masking the real problem of acid reflux. Also top tip – sleep with your bed elivated so you head is higher than your stomach. This really helps. Good luck…

@gabgirl92 Try and go to the doctor asap….like you I have acid reflux and asthma. I think the acid reflux causes the excessive phlegm. Try organic ACV – works for me. I am on Omeprazolue. Works but only to a certain extent. You need to find out what is causing your reflux. Also, there is a link to acid reflux and asthma….Good luck

hi i think i have acid reflux and i am very scared. i havent been to the doctor yet we just had a blizzard recently where i am and t is difficult to schedule an appt at the moment. i’be had asthma since 4th grade, but no asthma attacks in awhile for the past 9 months, i have had a lot of pleghm that they have diagnosed as either asthma, or mainly, bronchitis but im worried how much damage may have been done since i think they have been misdiagnosing me

    Thanks so much for that

Fennel tea, and ginger tea work wonders! Also important is the use of good pro-biotic food supplements, as these help balance the guts natural bacteria. If almonds don’t help, try pistachio nuts.

You don’t want to dilute acid that is why Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon juice are the answer. The others suggestions will have no effect. I had Acid Reflux for 27 years and cured it with ACV or Lemon Juice. I eat almonds a lot and know that will have no effect at all.
