I’m planning to start a juice fast today. So far I haven’t eaten anything because I woke up late and went to the gym, but I’m about to go to the super market and buy my ingredients! Because I haven’t put anything into my body yet today and worked out, I have a bit of a headache. What do you suggest when on your fast for curing/relieving headaches or other unpleasant symptoms? I’m afraid the second I get light headed I’ll head straight for the pantry!

Yea I only eat cacao to get my magnesium and of course theres a ton of antioxidants. Do you know of any other high magnesium foods besides dark leafy greens?
Totally agree– I can always count on a fast to really know what to do. I also know that i make crazy decisions when I eat raw cacao— like really rash decisions!!!!!!!!!!
Its funny how they say ‘never make decision on empty stomach’ but for me I make the best decisions during a fast

most of the time yes, but I have to say I love fasting when I have to do public speaking and when I really need to be focused, grounded, present and crazy sharp— fasting always does the trick. I also love to fast when I’m doing big changes in my life and need to sort myself out. For myself, fasting is more for the spiritual and mental part of things
