i need anything that works naturally, you know herbs and stuff. no medication. something to heal a headache, stuffy nose, chest congestion. i’ll take anything. thank you.
Time, rest, and lots of fluids. We’ve got Polio nipped in the bud pretty much (and how often do we worry about the Black Plague?)… but we still haven’t made much real progress in that common cold thing.

There are a lot of things which are recommended, but don’t have a huge impact/effect.
However, disregarding those, these are the things which I have seen produce dramatic results (and often cure the condition independent of the other 3 listed options, although they do tend to be combined).
1) Completely remove Chlorine from your diet (this includes installing a shower filter, since that’s one of the primary sources for it). It’s not very well known, but Chlorine is one of the primary agents of heart disease.
2) Get intravenous injections of hydrogen peroxide. This has a lot of benefits, including that it removes plaque from the system and reverses arteriosclerosis. If you do #2, it’s very important to find a doctor with past experience in the subject (since you need to use the proper concentrations etc). Like avoiding Chlorine this therapy is not very well known.
3) Eat garlic in the Kyolic extract form. Garlic helps in manners similar to h2o2, although it’s not as effective (but still quite useful). Out of the forms which exist, Kyolic extract seems to work the best and have the least ammount of negative side effects. I don’t know the specific reason for why kyolic works better, but it always seems to get the best results.
4) Avoid extremely unhealthy foods (ie. macdonalds, doughnuts, margerine etc). This is the hardest one to fully list, and it’s mostly common sense, but many people often don’t do it.
