August 11th, 2009 -- Posted in Natural health care | 6 Comments »I am a woman with fine curly hair that doesn’t grow much longer than 6 inches. It gets thin, wispy, and sheds. Barely long enough to put up, and too thin to fit in most clips. It’s not oily, not too dry. I brush gently & wash lightly every 3-4 days. Other family members’ hair grows longer. No skin or health problems. I walk 3 miles a day several times a week. Fair amount of stress at times.
Is there a mineral or vitamin especially good for women’s hair growth?
